The elegantly
designed award winning Tea Room has to be one of the
finest restaurants in Dublin. The theme here is
traditional dishes with a continental twist, so expect
choices such as rump of heather fed lamb with potato
pave, piquillo pepper, olives and rosemary, or grilled
duck Magret with crisp rosti potato, roast carrots,
snails, foie gras and ceps. Whilst the highlight of
the dessert menu has to be the thyme infused crème
brulee, topped with mango salad and sorbet. Two
courses here will set you back 41.50 Euros.

Since 1996 The Mermaid Café has earned itself a great reputation for first class food. The simple but stylish dining area enjoys a warm atmosphere and the open kitchen adds to the entertainment. On the menu you’ll find interesting dishes such as roast cod fillet with mustard and herb crust, bacon and green split peas, or roast Chinese five-spice duck breast with gingered plums and stir-fried greens.
